Music has always been important to the life of the church. Sometimes it has assisted the church in her witness; other times it has been a hindrance. This OMSC seminar, led by Dr. James Krabill, will examine case studies from the Bible, mission history, and faith communities in the Global South to draw lessons for the church today. Music recordings, video clips, story-telling, and ample opportunity for participants to share experiences from their own church life and ministries will figure prominently in seminar sessions.
