OMSC 2nd Annual Art Gala a huge success!

April 14th, Saturday, the warm sunny weather shined upon the Overseas Ministries Study Center’s 2nd annual Art Gala. A record number of wonderful guests, sponsors and supporters enjoyed great discussions and wonderful presentations, art, micro dining and music to raise awareness and funds for the OMSC Resident Artist Program.

Makoto Fujimura, an OMSC friend & supporter and artist, writer, and speaker recognized worldwide as a cultural shaper, gave an inspirational talk to set the tone for a fun and robust live auction on current OMSC Resident Artist Keng Sen Chong’s work

Keng Sen Chong, pastor of Hope Evangelical Free Church and a visual artist shared his passion of heightening humanity’s spirituality through his art. Many of his works of art were available for purchase and helped raise funds to support OMSC’s Resident Artist Program. Keng Sen believes all of life is spiritual and everyone —  is made in God’s image. The fabulous contribution of his and many other international artists’ creations over the years has made it possible for OMSC to continue to support artists from around the world. We hope to continue to grow the OMSC Resident Artist Program and look forward to seeing even more people at our 3rd Annual Art Gala in April of 2019.  Enjoy the photo gallery below by clicking the photo below to see a slide show of the spectacular evening.
