Marcos David Paredes Sadler is a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy (Theory of Religion) at the University of Bonn and serves as Lecturer and Co-Director of CEMAA (Centro Evangélico de Misiología Andino-Amazónica) in Lima, Peru. His research focuses on Indigenous Evangelical interpretations of violence, suffering, resistance, and reconciliation during Peru’s internal armed conflict (1980–2000), with particular attention to contextual theology and lived religious experience. He holds master’s degrees in philosophy and ecumenical studies and is committed to fostering dialogue between academic scholarship, theology, and the lived experiences of faith communities.
